Considering the sinister flavour to the nature of my appointment, I have no complaints.
The staff and nurses I saw on floor 2 were wonderful, caring and thorough. With excellent bedside manners and a genuine desire to do the job right and help.I was very grateful for this treatment and it made the experience palatable and reassuring.
Yes parking was an issue but the travelodge next door was fine to park.

Lovely staff but clearly told results in writing in2 weeks but when I called to chase was told 6-8 weeks and if a problem would let me know. Not satisfactory at all

People may like to leave negative comments, but with out this place Id not have beaten my breast cancer, or the treatment after, I do however feel parking is horrendous, but the staff always do their best in the tough situations that they face daily, they try and make it as positive as they can, bearing in mind most people are not in there for the happiest of circumstances. We are lucky to even have a facility that we can use. My partner or family have always been allowed to come with me for support unless its in the actual imaging room, some staff have not always had the nicest characters but the surgeons and oncologist have been amazing. overall great, just the little touches could be changed to make all patients time here more easier and caring i guess, I do find it weird how we are all treated different, from what i have read on the other comments, a lot of people have not have a great experience, which is sad as this is such an important subject x

I've always had a good experience here. I like the woman-only policy, and have found the staff warm and efficient. It's fantastic to have a facility like this in the city.

Not a nice place to be. Was called in for further tests last year after a routine mammogram. Wasn't told how big cyst was and as I refused a needle biopsy was sent home and told I would get an appointment in a years time . Never having been examined before I found it very intimidating. Went back last week for follow up. Was told my husband couldn't come with me. The nurse in charge said she was running the clinic and it wasn't allowed. When I said my husband came with me last year and my friends husband went with her , she said it must have been at another clinic. You are always told take somebody with you as you don't always listen to everything that's said, I think it's disgusting that you are expected to go through that ordeal on your own.
