Location was good as where staff and hotel's condition.
Breakfast was good with good service.
Restaurant was good.
A thank you to the gentleman working the bar, came back from a concert late as he pulled the shutters down, but reopened them for much needed drink.
Parking, need to get there early for space.
Rooms, clean and tidy, can be noisy, doors seem to slam shut.

This hotel has bigger rooms than the mini rooms of some Brighton hotels. The downside is its out of town a bit. I was happy to trade a bigger room and lose the convenience of a a hotel in a central location. The bus service is not great here from what I could see. Staff are very helpful.

Helpful, friendly staff. clean and tidy. Food lovely. Free car park, first come first serve. Restaurant and bar. Comfy bed, bathroom ok. Lighting in room could be lighter in parts

Staff very welcoming. Room a little dated but clean and had lovely view of seafront. Temperature of room was very hot with no heating on but fan was provided in cupboard. Everything in room we could need. Was going out for evening meal but as we passed restaurant the aroma drew us to look at menu. Had a brilliant 3 course meal spoilt for choice and presented and cooked well. Waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast again good choice and served well. Only downside was front of hotel not appealing and parking appalling. Very narrow entrance and when we got into car park no spaces available so had the task of getting back out. Parking around hotel quite expensive and drove round for a while to find a space however this is a busy town so to be expected. Overall a good stay and we would book again in back in the area.

A relaxing place to stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room was large and comfortable with excellent bathroom. Breakfast is generous and well cooked with attentive and caring service. Hotel has free off road parking (on a first come first served basis) and is also on the main bus route to Brighton. I have stayed here before and will again!
