Just useless and rude staff who seemed less interested in doing their job and more interested in socialising. I paid £15 for early check in, and told the person running check in this, to be told the hotel was fully booked the night before and come back at 2pm (not even a normal check in time) I repeated myself and explained I’m not happy I paid to check in from 9 am, the man then corrected me and said 10am was early check in (you might want to tell this to your website, emails, etc because everything I read or got was 9am) the man then just continued to check us in anyways, so it went from not being about to check us in due to a full hotel, to wary check in being at 10am to him the magically finding a room and being able to check us in at 9.10am. If your going to lie to a customer at least me consistent with it.

Great location as came into Brighton by train ,
Got quite stressed did booking for 3 adults when came to printing off details on day noticed in small print only 2 adults allowed in family room, was imagining all sorts of scenarios, any way not an issue in the end,
So myself and my 2 friends had a fantastic weekend enjoying the sights of Brighton,
I liked the bathroom pod, really clean, we all slept very well despite being on noisy side of hotel, kept window closed. We enjoyed a cocktail before going to bed, impressed by the staff all very helpful, and really appreciated being able to store our luggage both ends of our stay.
We all had a very positive experience

We had a great stay at the Ibis Brighton. Very good location for the train station as we had a long trip so it was great to be so close. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and very quiet and with black out blinds it was perfect for me and my children. The breakfast buffet was delicious and my children were thrilled with the choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were really friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed was comfy.
Breakfast was great.
We arrived early because we had to be at a ceremony by 1p.m. not expecting to be able to check into our room, we just needed to leave our bags safe, but your reception checked and a room was available. This
really made it easy for us to change etc.

Booked this hotel as a little treat for my sister's birthday.
I rang the Hotel to ask if they could arrange something nice for her and the girl who assisted me over the phone was very polite, she asked me how old she was and ensured me that everything was going to be taken care of.
My sister was allocated to a nice room on a high floor and with a good view over the city, unfortunately nothing was placed in the room prior her arrival and I had to ring the hotel in the late evening to ask if they were going to.
However, I work in the hotel business and I do understand how the operation works so I didn't make any fuss about it and the guy who assisted me was very polite.
Overall feedback, the hotel sounds like a friendly environment and a very good value for money.
