Location good, right by Preston park station. Reasonable selection of beer, slightly expensive but fairly standard for Brighton. Pool table in good condition, lots of seating

My old local, always a friendly bunch whether quiet or busy. Pub quiz night is great, proper hardcore, no cheating possible so very rewarding.
