I used to go to another gym in Brighton, but this is by far the friendliest and the best. Toby and his team always have a friendly welcome for me, everyone there is lovely, and the wonderful Maff is my personal trainer :) I cannot fault the place. If you are looking for a gym in Brighton, this is definitely the one to choose! xx

Nice and helpful staff, good use of the space and a good price. Also very clean. Could be more free weights, but I did not have a problem with needing to wait. Recommended if you're looking for a cheap gym. Beeing a fan of superheroes i liked the motivating decorating.

The staff are a huge part of what makes the gym a great environment, a very encouraging and ego free zone.

I love it BECAUSE it's not modern and snazzy so all the people who go there want to be there to get fit so don't mind that it's all functional rather than modern, loud and full of posers. I'm also glad it has no plate glass windows so everyone on the street can see you as seems to be fashion these days. The staff are really friendly too.

I have been a member of several gyms in Brighton and this is without doubt the best. Some of the equipment is a bit tired and the studio could benefit from some better ventilation, but all of this is more than made up for by the fantastic staff and manager.

It has a really friendly non judgemental atmosphere. Highly recommended.
