This is the most amazing place to practise. I had no yoga experience, the instructors were amazing and took that on board. now I am really improving and This studio is my home away from home.

This studio was my first Bikram studio and I loved it! Friendly staff and great classes for all abilities and ages!

Had the most wonderful experience at bikram yoga Brighton, the staff were all so welcoming and kind. As a newby to the yoga scene I was made to feel so comfortable and the instructors were so patient with me! The facilities are first class, studios are spacious and always kept clean and smart. I think I've found my new favourite spot! Thanks again bikram yoga Brighton, see you next week x

The most incredible studio I have ever been too. As soon as I walked through the door I felt a warmth and energy which encapsulates, for me, the pinacle of the yoga experience. It wasnt just a class it was an experience. From the second i walked in, till i walked out. And i still feel the benefits a long time after. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. I have learnt so much about myself and my body through attending and would really recommend giving it a go. One of the best things i have ever done. x

Bikram Yoga Brighton always has the friendliest staff and teachers. It is always clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. I love practicing my Yoga there. They have a number of different types of Yoga available including Aerial Yoga, Bikram and Vinyasa. It is a great place to practice my Yoga and I feel at home and at peace whilst there.
