I am a 62 year old fit male runner and i went to Ann because i kept popping a quad muscle and had mild low back pain. After two weeks, I felt like a new man! My posture and flexibility have improved massively, my running comfort and flexibility are way up, and my injury worries are behind me. Ann persuaded me to switch my resistance work to my extensors and that is helping a lot. I always thought stretching was boring but Ann taught me to focus on the right ones and the rewards have been quick and significant. I can't recommend Ann highly enough!

As I do not have a google account I have written this review on my husbands. I have been a client of Anne's now for 5/6 weeks after suffering with chronic sciatica. Oh how I wish I had made that all important appointment sooner. Within 3 visits spread over 8 days I was feeling much better. My pain had gone from 10 out of 10 to 5 out of 10. I had been suffering since April. Anne explains every procedure and is very kind and calm which in turn has a very positive effect . I can highly recommend Anne.

Truly amazing! Anna is so kind, polite and understanding, and truly the best! After years of being in pain, jut after one session with Anne my back feels so free, I can not wait for the next session. Thanks Anne!

Had my first session with Wayne, the osteopath, today. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have had a painful back and joints recently. Wayne was very professional and extremely good at explaining these issues and was very thorough, kind and gentle throughout treatment.. This is very important to me with this condition, something of which he was fully aware. Thank you Wayne, fantastic work.

Anne was recommended to me by a family member as I long suffered with lower back pain. After a couple of treatments, my back pain had completely disappeared, which in itself was amazing. But more so than that, Anne addressed my fatigue, digestive problems and so much more - which has been invaluable. She has taught me to be in tune with my mind and body, and the tools that she's provided me with have completely changed my day to day life. I now feel alive again. I can't recommend her and the clinic enough, it's worth investing in yourself and Coast is the place to do that.
