purely pilates studio

Id practised Pilates on and off over several years with several different instructers and always felt as much as I loved it, always wanted it/them to be working me a little harder. I eventually became a member of a gym that Gemma was an instructor at and I was amazed by her classes. I actually felt where my body had been in use the next day. Unfortunately I left the gym and therefore the classes however when I decided to start practising Pilates again. I actually specifically searched for gemma and came across Purely Pilates. I was lucky enough to be able to get a last slot on one of the 6 week course. Although I joined really for Gemmas experience occasionally I cant make my class or Gemma has not been available and ive attended another class with other instructors and I have to say each of them I have found to be equally as lovely and experiencedClasses are always very friendly and relaxed and there is always a variety of moves in each class I attend and alternatives are available if you have injury or concerns. This is really a gem of a studio in Brighton with some really lovely and excellent instructors. it's one of those places you really dont want to tell as you want to keep it just for yourself but you really have to as its so wonderful .
