Best gym in the area by far: massive free weights section, decent cardio area, punching bags and a functional area.

The gym has loads of free weights and machines and they are always getting new stuff in (recently bought all new dumbbells). The equipment is well looked after and they have a selection of top end barbells.

Always a delight to train here no matter the time, can get quite busy but there's so much equipment that it doesn't really matter.

I pay £35/month which sounds expensive but it really is money well spent. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else!

It's good. Has a kind of Rocky-Balboa-training-gym feel. lots to do from gymnastics to boxing and weights. Would have given it 5 stars if there was more space to do bodyweight exercise and more free weights for olympic lifting. It's all about the free weights if you ask me.
