Kirsty's approach to teaching is spiritual and energetic, positive and beautiful. She has an encouraging warmth and energy to each individual student and is careful to explain and adjust each pose. Her classes vary to include meditations, breathing exercises and poses. I'd love to come to ALL your classes Kirsty!!!

Kirsty is an incredibly peaceful and competent yoga teacher.
She is one of my favourite teachers. I also love the way she combines the yoga practice with an explanation of the spiritual, physical and mental processes which flow from each pose.
I recommend her classes highly. You will come out feeling a deep sense of Grace.
