My son had a drink with his food today when he took lid off when he nearly finished it there was a dead fly in it !!! Staff didn't care

Went to North Street Subway at about 16:00. There was only one staff member and a lot of customers. She was visibly stressed (as any person would be), but still polite and I have no complaints about her service or the food.

I am upset at how long I had to wait, considering it is 'fast food'. There should have been more staff members there, it's unfair and unsafe to have your employees working alone like this. It reflects badly on the company and I felt really bad for the woman.

Service was quick and pretty friendly. Sub was amazing as always. Nice fresh ingredients and good bread.
