Had a Vegan breakfast that was so so good. Impressive tea selection too and really friendly staff. Can't wait to go back 😁

Delicious vegan milkshakes and a fantastic range of vegan cakes, the best I've ever tried - tasted just like regular cakes! Would 10/10 recommend here for coffee and cake :)

Delicious vegan food both sweet and savoury. I also go for the vegan burger and chips, but there is also wraps and soups. Chocolate, velvet and Oreo cake and gluten free options too!! A must if you are visiting Brighton.

Table for two? Here's one by an open door that is impossible to keep closed on a rainy cold day due to staff walking in and out! Best jacket potato? One pat of Butter goes on the potato, not 4 pats drowning out the taste of beans and cheese as it creates a moat around the spud. My full English had terrible vegetarian sausages... As quorn is a cheap imitation of the real thing, and the good cafes use vegetable sausages or use chick pea recipes. I had better coffee in my hotel room, and to be honest worst place I have had breakfast. I mean, vegetarian and vegan and don't stock hash browns? Shame on you and your terrible cramped cafe with its cheap meat imitating food. BLehhshh. Went to the breakfast club the next morning. They never fail to excel, with a delicious number of vegetarian options if you swing that way. You're welcome.

I had the vegan version of the mini full English breakfast, and a good vegan milkshake.
They did some of the best sausages I've ever had, a great tofu egg replacement, and a tomato with pesto to go with my mushroom, toast and beans. I love that they do a mini version that still has the same variety of foods as the big version, it's a small detail, but rare in an age where everyone wants to supersize you all the time.
Quick service, and the staff were cool with me hanging about for a while drinking water and using their WiFi. You can tell it's a community friendly place; an older lady came in and ordered like a dozen-stack of toast and copious hot water, which you could probably get anywhere - but she wanted to go to Wai Kika. She was a bit eccentric and they were nice to her.
Update: I have also now tried the avocado and balsamic tomato bagel. Delicious.
