Horrible company! They sent the taxi to the wrong address and then said that they couldn't pick me up at all. Left me without a taxi while trying to catch my train.
I clearly said my address as they sent a taxi to the wrong road last time I used them.
If you want a reliable taxi don't use this service!

The best taxis in Brighton by far. Victor was an amazing driver. Safe and patient. He himself deserves 5 stars. The office staff were very pleasant and made sure they new exactly where I needed to go. Would 100% even at 4:00am. Thank you.

I would have rated as 0 stars but that's not an option. Rude and abusive over the phone. Do not ring or use as it's run by incompetent imbeciles.

Apparently I can't leave a review without giving at least one star. Phoned on a Sunday, after my bus didn't show, from somewhere they were advertising pick up. Told they couldn't come and get me but if I waited 20 minutes or so at a taxi rank I might get picked up. Asked if there was somewhere else i could wait and she hung up. Not just rubbish but non-existent service.

24/7, 365 service advertised, but they seldom answer the phone (once in about 10 times I tried) so you get a guy called Mario's mailbox instead, not even a business voicemail. All emails ignored. A shoddy operation.
