I paid for this service on the belief that it was a private service to the hotel. On receipt of my booking a received an email saying it was a public service which would drop me a few miles from the hotel.
I was supposed to receive additional tickets for this service which I never received. When I contacted the helpline I was told the transfer voucher would be enough. When I got on the bus the driver refused to take the voucher so we had to pay again for the transfer. This was the same on the return journey. Since my return I have emailed holiday taxis to complain about this and my email has been ignored. Very disappointing service.

Good value and worked but 2 things to be aware of.
1. The transfers were much longer than we had envisaged as we had to wait a long time for the coach on the way out, the journeys were time consuming because of multiple drop offs/pick ups and on the way back the coach came very early to fit in with multiple flights. I wouldn’t say this is a big problem on a 7 day or more trip but we were on a short break so it felt significant.
2. At Barcelona Airport the directions to get to the coach ticket office and then the coach stop were very poor and there was no-one around to ask. Everyone waiting had the same problem and we were all very relieved when the coach finally arrived. On the way back pick up was directly from the hotel so no problem of where to go.

Excellent service. Had to change hotel both prior to flight, and also during holiday after having to move hotels, and the amendments were made perfectly. On both outbound and return trip the driver was early and got us to our destinations safely. Definitely would use again in the future

As always the transfers went without any problems.
Straight to desk at corfu airport then onto our coach.
Courteous driver, dropped off right outside our accommodation. Great.
Return transfer spot on time and again courteous driver.
Always use this company for great value and reliable transfers.

Excellent service. Easy to book on line. Competitive prices. Taxi waiting for us at airport, perfect journey to hotel. Pick up time quoted on booking sheet, taxi arrived on time and great journey back to airport. Cannot praise this Company enough. I will definitely use them again and will be telling all my friends and family about this brilliant Holiday Taxi Fir.
