When I asked where the toilet facilities were I was told that they were in Sainsbury's - then when I went to the supermarket they cleared up my unfinished breakfast. I would think that a multi-national chain such as Starbucks could afford to put in some up to date customer facilities.
Also, beware on Sunday morning - Sainsbury's will be shut, the nearest toilet is then in Costa coffee. I wanted to give no stars - but couldn't work out how. Mike

Coffee is OK, but better (and comparably priced( in the café directly outside (Siesta) or in the Costa over the road. Downstairs seating area very much like a dungeon. Nothing wrong with it, but it's pretty run of the mill.

Super friendly staff who always manage to smile despite this being a very busy place. Can get a bit noisy when Mums and toddlers congregate but that's not Starbucks fault.

Normally is alright, have a nice open view from the inside, with some outdoors settings available. But did experience some rude staffs before. Sat down before I make my purchase, and the staff simply came and ask me to leave if I'm not purchasing, while I'm on a phone call, and force me to make a purchase before I can continue the call. As a loyal Starbucks customer, this is totally unacceptable. No toilets here.
