Seriously convenient, incredibly easy to use and and very, very competitively priced compared to anything else.
Once you're signed up (which takes a little time) it's so much easier than faffing at the rental place and I love not having to rent an extra day because I can't pick up or return at the right time (or the dealer's shut on a Sunday - I know what you're up to Avis).
Had a bit of an issue with my first swipe card, but their help-line is 24 hours and very good and I got a replacement sent straight out.
One thing to watch out for: There's an extra charge added on top after the rental, based on distance travelled, but you pay for fuel on their card, so it all balances out. Ditched my own car in Jan last year, now I spend £10's a month on the occasional few logistical/transport trips, rather than £100's on insurance, fuel and maintenance.
