If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, I got told I must control my children, like they're some sort of animals that should be on a leesh. Just to add, they were only playing by the fan because they were hot. Secondly, got shouted at 3 time "PATIENT ONLY" because I walked my partner, who is in tears and petrified, to the door. Then I had to leave her on her own and remove my children from the premises. Absolutely fuming. Would never come again!!!!

My girlfriend broke her tooth this Easter Saturday and we scheduled an emergency appointment on Easter Sunday quite promptly thanks to 111. We went there and she told the dentist that she must avoid an infection due to the fact that she has a surgery this Thursday and she would be under general anesthesia, so infection=no surgery. The dentist like a complete jackass didn't clean the tooth and only glued it back together. And now, guess what....She has an infection and cannot do the surgery! Honestly, if I can tell you without having a dentistry degree that if you don't clean a tooth before you glue it together then the germs have a nice little nest to grow, then you shouldn't practice dentistry. Please call the university you went to and ask for your tuition money back! 1 star is only because with 0 stars I can't post the review
