Had 4 of my last 5 appointments cancelled due to dentist being unavailable. 3 of these were cancelled the same day or day before, 1 they didn't even let me know till I got to the reception.

I visited the Broadwalk branch of My Dentist yesterday for a tooth extraction (a wisdom tooth to be exact!). Although not a nervous anxious type of person it was a process I was not looking forward to especially as last time I had anaesthetic for a filling I had a bad reaction to it. Anyway, I duly went into the surgery and took my seat in the dental chair. Vas, my dentist made sure I was comfortable and then went onto to explain the process thoroughly and said he would stop at any time, all I had to do was just raise my hand. After the injection of anaesthetic my mouth duly numbed and Vas started work. About 2 minutes later Vas put a swab in my mouth and raised the chair. I said "Have you done it?" It was all over, there was my wisdom tooth on the tray! Well, I just couldn't believe it - no pain, no discomfort, no after affects at all. I did everything the leaflet Vas gave me said and I have had absolutely no after effects whatsoever. I am so delighted with this experience I just had to let you know and I apologise for the length of this comment but I didn't want to leave anything out. Thank you - Yvonne Long

So my dentist from this clinic who's looking after my mouth is going on a holiday which is pretty normal, we are all human beings. I have got an infection that needs to be treated, but that means by another dentist. So i got antibiotics and i need this treatment to be done in the next 3 weeks as the infection will come back again. On the reception there were two ladies, one older than the other. So the younger one was trying to give me an appointment in one month time with my dentist as she is back. I told them and they well knew what my situation is but they still wouldn't give me an appointment with another dentist just so we can finish this treatment.
Ridiculous!!! Only taking your money and messing around by giving you appointments after no less than one month!
Really disappointed! And receptionists are quite rude! BAAAAADDDDD!

Fully fitted out dental surgery with loads of support staff. Dentists are all well qualified and put you at your ease.
