Absolutely excellent service and no matter what the problem is from head to toe Jonathan cook and his team are always able to resolve the problem and get you back to yourself 100% and feeling great!

Went there on a Groupon voucher. Initial consultation was good with Jonathan he explained my problem and did a couple of adjustments but didn't really explain what he was doing just moving me into all sorts of positions some slightly uncomfortable then i was left on a tens machine for I'm not sure how long while he juggled other patients (could hear him doing another consultation in the next room). When he eventually returned he said he could definitely help me but would take 5 or 6 sessions and that he would email me a treatment plan and some exercises. I was given a leaflet and a brief discussion but that's it. Booked my 2nd session thinking i would get a longer session to begin my treatment plan (the Groupon voucher also said I would get a 30min massage at my next appt). Was there for no more than 15mins had a couple of cracks again with very little to no explanation or discussion with Jonathan then left on tens machine alone in a room. Charged me £40 for 15mins where I saw him for no more than 2 mins of that. Don't feel got value for money at all.

I arrived at the The House Clinic in Redland Road convinced the pains in my ankles, knees and lower back were due to wear and tear of old age, especially my knees. Hoping for the fact to be confirmed and to just take it easier due to my age. I left an hour later after having a wonderful consultation with Jonathan Cook who took time and care over my concerns. After a full examination and manipulation of joints, he gave me a written report informing me that one leg was slightly shorter than the other and because of having flat feet (he used medical term) I was walking in a way that was damaging my body. He suggested Orthotics inserts to solve the problem.
I went back a few days later to have the shoe Orthotics insert, fitted, which can be changed from shoe to shoe. Jonathan took time and care to make sure they were correctly fitted.
Well within ten minutes of wearing them the next day I was blown away by the difference. I walked taller, I walked straighter, the pains were easing. After a couple of days I did not know I was wearing the inserts an all of my pains were gone.
In very simple terms the best money I have ever spent.

I've had two treatments with Sophie Stockdale at this clinic and both experiences were very good.
Sophie is friendly and professional and was quick to respond to questions I had between appointments.
Highly recommended.

I saw Sophie a few months ago
for a podiatry appointment. I thought I had an ingrowing toe nail due to a big toe injury. I had never been to a podiatrist before and it was my first visit to the clinic. I explained to Sophie what the problem was ..she looked at my big toe, told me the new nail was growing wide and cutting into my skin..which made sense at it was very painful. She told me I would need nail surgery at a cost of £325. I was quite shocked at the price and asked wasn't there anything else that could be done. She was reluctant but stuffed some dressing down the side and said that's all she could do. I asked about going to my GP...wondering if I could be seen on the NHS for the surgery...she said it was unlikely as they wouldn't be interested unless it was really infected. I had timed my visit...I was in there for 5 minutes. She didn't look at my feet at all or ask any questions about my foot health in general. She missed I have a bunion, hard skin and I have since found out another ingrowing toe nail. I did complain and was refunded the £35 very quickly and offered another free appointment. Jonathan the owner was extremely helpful. I am reviewing now however as I did go to my GP who instantly referred me to podiatry. I was seen by a fantastic lady who clipped out the sharp piece of nail, filed and cleaned around all of my toe, checked my other toes...found my other problem nail and treated that. My toe has been dressed so is really comfortable. I was told I wouldn't need nail surgery!!! I was there for half an hour and have a follow up appointment in two weeks. I can't praise the NHS enough. I feel very let down by my appointment to see Sophie and due to my experience wouldn't visit again.
