go for an xray to be told i need a doctor's referral before i can be seen. waste of time

Support staff are very bad. Operation had good results. After care very poor. They didn't ring back the following day to check after general anathstetic. All in all......not good!

Very polite on reception, seen by triage nurse then doctor, both were very good & helpful, in & out in under an hour.

Extremely clean, calm and staff welcoming. I did struggle a bit, getting out of the car park. Probably my own fault: I exited at the barrier, then was confronted by bus lanes; I then tried to enter at the emergency door. I'm wondering if a brightly coloured path for pedestrians might help, as the entrance isn't obvious from the car park. Re cost of parking: It's no different to anywhere else in Bristol, and the experience is much more relaxing so I didn't mind.
