A touch of class! Cute, friendly, interesting place perfectly located. Rooms lovely and bathroom lush. Looking for another excuse to stay there!

Had a suite. Bathroom needs a total refurb. Floor Tiles broken and missing grout, odd towel hook placing l. Was more like a changing room in a swimming pool. Restaurant and bedroom we're good though.

Very nice hotel and great food at the bistro. Went there for a Sunday evening meal and to spend the night. They have a nice little offer that if you spend £75 or more in the bistro the room price is lowered to only £50(basic). The portion sizes were rather small. And since it is upscale the prices are quiet high. I wouldn't go just for the bistro for those prices but will be doing the dinner and night offer again. Mind you, there is a service charge that we weren't told about, and the menu prices are without the Vat. Even with these negative points the stay was lovely and definitely worth it.

Nice venue, terrible obsequious service with a lack of quality of the food relative to the attitude and claims made, poor to low. A friend had a wedding reception here and felt completely ripped off. The servers threw away champagne before people had began to drink it, unbelievable.
