Run away from this agent!! Been lied for more than two weeks about a property, a day before the viewing, literally the evening before, I received a text saying it was let and cancelled my viewing, I was going to place an offer for it. For two weeks I've been trying to get to see the property and was told they will be arranging viewings but only in two weeks time (why would you advertise it if it's not available!!!), told them about my intention to rent it and was told I am the first person to see it, however we have only reached this point after many calls and emails, only because I was told they will get back to me, rude staff that lie through their teeth and I have proof as I asked the person I was about to rent with to try and book it and they did the booking yet they told me it's not possible now. Dodgy practices, really bad customer service as if you bother them too much if you ring their office. Am going in tomorrow to file a formal complaint and I really hope they have a complaint procedure as my intention is to file a report to the ombudsman. What a waste of time and can't even explain the frustration!!!

Oh My God, not even one star, more like a "letting prevention office". I would be very concerned as a landlord, having such a completely offensive, unprofessional, incompetent bunch of very young girls, who could seriously benifit from some basic customer service training !!! Was like a scene from the life of Brian when trying to get the managers name, "what's your managers name" "that's me" ok, "well your the second person to say that" "you can't all be managers". Terrible, no complaints procedure... awful that such a buoyant letting market can't allow such incompetence to go unchecked !!! Steer well clear !!!

Wow we recently had the misfortune of dealing with this letting agent!! If you want your property let don't let them do it. No people skills at all in the office, I feel sorry for the lad who gets sent out to see clients and properties and having zero support or organisation from the office. The really nice guy came out several times and ended up apologizing for turning up unannounced as his office support didn't call ahead or make an appointment. I think so serious staff training or even replacing is needed!!

Gough Quarters have managed my property for about 4 years and I can't fault them! Always quick to deal with tenant issues, always professional and quick to respond to any queries. They have taken away all the hassle for me as a landlord by finding new tenants and dealing with all maintenance issues as soon as they arise. Excellent service, thank you!
