I started the Mummy Workout in St Andrews Park in February when my son was 4 months old. I then ran the Bristol 10k in May when he was 7 months old and beat my previous time from before I was pregnant! I really enjoyed the Mummy workout for many reasons; it was a great way to meet up with other mums and do something for me that my son could also enjoy, it gave me the motivation to start training for the 10k and I also lost all my baby weight plus more.

Keren is a great instructor and her classes were very well run. She has the ability to get you to push yourself and it’s great to know that she’s a mum herself so she understands what you need to do to get back in shape. I thoroughly loved the classes and it’s not easy to say that about many exercise classes!

It all started with Jenny, who'll soon be linking up with Aaron Tyler Personal Training. She's a really effective massage therapist. But as she pointed out, she could continue unknotting my neck and shoulders. Or I could see Aaron to work on my posture and fix my underlying problems. I didn’t know what to expect from working with a personal trainer. But I set my own goals (for real, for anyone who gets performance managed in a big organisation!). And Aaron set me my first personal exercise program which he’s since checked and revised regularly. It really helps to have exercises which address my own strengths and weaknesses and keep pushing me forward. I also get loads of support and encouragement. Then there’s running club with Ben. I’d done some casual running last summer. But gave up during the dark nights and winter weather. So I was just hoping to get started again. Well, now I’m looking forward (!) to the Bristol half marathon. It’s made a real difference being challenged by working with an expert runner. I still see Jenny to fix my sometimes aching muscles. Results so far? I’ve – no, we’ve – achieved more than I would have believed possible. Guess that’s a recommendation, then.

Aaron and his team are all highly skilled professionals. They work out an individual, tailored routine with you, based on your goals and level of fitness. Whether you are completely new to exercise, or a seasoned veteran: they will be able to help and motivate you to help you achieve your goals. I can highly recommend them!

I can't recommend the 'Mummy workout' highly enough! It's a great mix of welcoming atmosphere, encouragement and motivating training. I'm now fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes and have plenty of energy to keep up my twin 7 month olds!!

You will feel in very good hands with Aaron's team of personal trainers. Whatever your goal - rehabilitation, weight loss, improving sports performance or getting that bikini bod- you will get an individual and tailored programme to help and motivate you. It is not just fitness that these personal trainers will offer you but a bespoke programme tailored to you and your lifestyle.
