I’ve been training with Richard for about 6 months now, and I can definitely recommend him! Each session is unique and fun, and completely personalized to meet my goals and objectives. He is very friendly and really knowledgable about fitness, health and nutrition. I always look forward to my training sessions with him!

Definitely would recommend! Very friendly and gives good advice. I was able to gain weight with Richard in a few months when I've been trying to do it myself for years. He will alter your workout depending on what you need. I look forward to our training sessions :).

I initially started training with Rich with my ultimate goal to feel confident on my wedding day. Rich focused on helping me achieve those goals, and by making every session enjoyable yet challenging in no time at all my fitness began to improve, I had more energy and I was looking and feeling much healthier.
Rich is passionate about fitness and healthy living and in addition to the training he gave me great guidance on diet. Each training session he'd encourage me to try something new and continually gave me the encouragement to keep going.
Since achieving my goal & having the most amazing wedding day I have continued to train with Rich, focusing on boxing as I find this a fantastic workout. He continues to give me sound advise to keep up what I started.
If you're serious about making a change for the better, Rich will lead you every step of the way.

Rich is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable with a lot of experience in many different types of training. His sessions are always varied, interesting and a real challenge. I always know I'm in for a real work out with him! Every session is different which is great as you are always motivated and looking forward to what he has in store for you. I can really feel my fitness levels have improved since I started training with him.

I signed up with Richard to help me correct my bad posture caused by years of sitting at a desk and slouching in the chair at home - I am sure I am not alone here!. Over the last couple of months he has skillfully led me through a program of exercises to stretch and strengthen my back and other posture muscles and the results are very encouraging. He knows his stuff and has a nice thought provoking approach which really works for me. I'd definitely recommend him. He is a great guy. Thanks Richard.
