The bed was absolutely the best bed that I have slept in while staying in a hotel. I highly recommend the premier inn Bristol south. Also I think that the walls were sound proofed as there wasn't much noise that I heard from other guests. Overall brilliant stay!

The hotel itself was fine - staff were friendly and room was clean. But the attached Brewers Fayre restaurant was the worst. Bad food and bad service. Really put me off eating at any Premier Inn-attached restaurant.

We stayed in an accessible room in the annex building. The accommodation was fantastic, very well appointed. Room had air conditioning which we thought was brilliant. Huge bed was very comfortable.

Hotel and hotel staff great as usual, use Premier Inn lots. Restaurant was bad, NO waiting staff to take order. NO waiting staff to clear tables. No waiting staff to serve drinks had to get up during eating terrible food to get refill drinks leaving food to get cold. My starter had been waiting so long to be served that the cheese was stuck to plate. There was 2 members of staff on duty and 1 behind bars serving drinks and taking food orders. This does not reflect good on premier Inn. 5* for Premier Inn and 1* for restaurant

Room was unbearably hot even with the provided fan. Couldn't open the window at night due to the loud noise outside. Apparently the other block of rooms has air conditioning so worth asking when you back. Attempting to claim the night back under their 'guaranteed' scheme of a good night's sleep.
