This place used to be my local.
I miss it dearly.
Good food and drink selection, 4 stars only because I think it is a little on the pricier side.
Service is always good even though the bar is small and the staff are always able to think on their feet.
All round good boozer.

The atmosphere was great and the components of my sausage and mash and veg were great. My missing star was for the sauce (they called it "red wine gravy"). It was heavy-handed, and tasted like gummy brown sauce with some red wine mixed in. I really expected better, given the apparent quality of menu options. Prices seem about right for the place, and a good selection of beer. Nice staff too!

Lovely food, quick service, and great atmosphere. We chatted outside with a few people we hadn't met before and everyone seems happy and content t with their ciders and roasts!!!
I'll definitely be coming here again!!

Good atmosphere. Kid friendly in the day with good food. Plenty of seating in and out doors. The orchard pig cider with ginger and chilli is sublime!

Really nice place with friendly staff and child friendly till 8 which is great. Lovely garden out the back Oh an dogs welcome too. Food looked really good but out of my price range unfortunately but overall a really good place, will be going back for sure ☺
