Location is decently central to Bristol and easily found. Checking in and out were painless and staff were courteous. Breakfast was very fine. I failed to notice they had a car park and left my vehicle somewhere else. Room was clean, toiletries were good. Free WiFi in public areas. The interior would benefit from refreshing. Washrooms are an annoyingly long walk from the bar. I would be entirely happy using this hotel again.

Beautiful building and location. Public rooms wonderful. However our bedroom was disappointing for the price; small and cramped. Desk too close to the bed for the chair to be used. Pillows on the bed oddly small and the bathroom, whilst I appreciate the old, elegant look was tired and could do with a deep clean. Iron next to useless. A disappointing stay.

Highly recommended! The service we received from start to end was flawless. We were delighted with our room and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was an excellent select of tv channels, which is so important with small children. The breakfast selection was impressive and the team were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again - one of the best hotels we've stayed in.... Thank you!

Had a family room which had 2 double beds and a cot so this wasn't an issue for us. The room was clean and tidy but only had 2 towels, a quick call and this was sorted quickly, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most, there was a good selection and it was kept fresh. Location wise it was well situated for us and quite considering it proximity to the road.

It's a very nice hotel with marble floors and comfortable bed! I could say the bed is one of those most comfortable hotel beds I have ever had. The facility is a bit old maybe because it has been long time. But it's very Royal style:)) the location is very central and great. There are steam room, swimming pool and bubbling as well. The bar is relaxed with nice music.
