Very nice and clean facilities, and staff really friendly and welcoming, Would definitely recommend. The treatments were relaxing and productsfantastic. Thanks you

Booking a voucher is hard work and it took a long time to book over the phone due to the staff member not listening or booking us incorrectly. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes for anyone to book is in in the spa room. Women was very rude and blunt about the fact they were running late due to another staff member being off sick. Wasn't made to feel welcome or relaxed in the slightest and was very stressed and was in five minutes of walking out but would of wasted over £100 if we canceled and would not be able to re book. We were then told our treatments had to be cut short and we would have to come back for our full paid for time...we explained we lived over a hours drive away and therefore had to wait even longer for them to catch up and fit us in for our paid for full treatment time. We also booked a double room which wasn't set up for us on arrival and we were told we had to have our treatments one after the other but we said we would wait even longer for the room to be set up. The treatment room is very small with hardly any room to get undressed ect and was to start with it was very cold. Treatments were ok but very rushed and wasn't made to feel relaxed at all. We did not have our full 45 minutes treatment time each by the time we got undressed which we were told we couldn't do whilst waiting and by the time we discussed treatments ects our total time was more like 30 minutes each so the £18 add on treatment we wanted we basically didn't get. Staff didn't seem to know alot about the facial products they were using as i was worried about my skin but was told it would be fine thats it so felt stuck with having to have facial due to feeling uncomfortable with the staff memebers being blunt and not very helpful. After we finished our treatments we used the pool facilities but was not told at any point we needed money for a locker in the changing room so had to leave our stuff in a open locker. Floors were quite dirty throughout the pool and changing room area and we were not provided flip flops as stated when we booked. We didn't stay in the pool area for long as after our treatments we just wanted to go home. When leaving we spoken to the acting manager for the day who basically said he can't offer us any sort of refund and we would have to take it up with someome else. We felt this was not good enough and we left feeling very uphappy having paid for nothing. Dont think we will be going back again and recommended to everyone to pay what you get for and use bath spa instead as its brilliant there. Very disappointed with the whole day. The two starts are for the young girl who was very helpful and friendly and thats the only good thing either of us have to say about the day.

Muddled up people's appointments. They changed our appointment and didn't even tell us and then didn't offer an apology. Treatments were shorter length of time then they were due to be

An absolutely lovely day for my friend and I (a spa day gift from her son). Reception staff very nice, showed us round and explained, albeit briefly, where things were. Actually had tO go back and ask more questions which had been omitted by the girl showing us around. The treatments, face and neck massage, back massage and nails polished were all SUPERB. HOWEVER the very stroppy Beginners Pilates teacher would not allow us to participate as she said we were 'late'. We arrived dead on 1400hrs, the start time. She said 2 other girls were going to take our place even though we had booked in with Reception. Very disappointing which meant we had an hour to kill before our next treatment. The manager however overheard my complaint, apologised and gave us a free hot drink if our choice. Faultless back massage, that girl really knows her stuff!! We live in Hampshire so had driven down specially for the treatments but we didn't let "Mrs Stroppy" ruin our day. Highly recommend this spa.
