Went there once, and I told the lady not to change the shape of my brows. However despite this, she made them thinner and I am extremely pissed. TBH one tip, DO NOT TRY NEW PLACES, EVEN IF IT IS URGENT! I pay £15 at Debenhams (they're more expensive, BUT worth it!) I would rather pay £15 than £10, as they do not bloody change the shape. I have to wait until they grow out now!
