Charged 14 quid for a journey from bedminster to henleaze twice then a week later the same journey same time of day cost 20 quid. Rang to complain and the nice receptionist said the boss would call back tomorrow - but no call back.

This taxi company is absolutely terrible. I never leave reviews but have to in this instance as they left me stranded with a party of 10 year old girls in the middle of my daughter's birthday party. I had booked the minibus I needed to take all them back home after an activity in Broadmead that morning to be sure that I could safely get them home for the end of the party. After 10 minutes of waiting I called to be told the taxi would be with us in 10 minutes. After a further 10 minutes I called again to find out that the minibus was way out of town and wouldn't be with me for half an hour. At that point I decided to cut my losses and walk nine 10 year olds home on my own. Thankfully it was neither dark nor cold - it could have been a very different end to my daughter's party. I'm glad that these idiots at Bristol taxis didn't manage to ruin it despite their best efforts.

Some drivers come to my snooker club all the time, I give them good service, and great deals. As I don't drive into the centre I always use taxis to get me home. As my normal guy was busy I decided to use this company as my regulars had suggested. The lady on the phone was polite enough and I gave her all the relevant information and she said a car would be with me in 5-10 mins happy days. 25 minutes passed and still no cab then I get a phone call from my driver who asked me all the relevant information once again by which point I said this is starting to take the mick. The driver said they were short on drivers and that is why there was a problem... He arrived some 5 minutes later with his apologies and incidentally a nice smelling fresh takeaway on his front seat some might think he was more concerned about his belly rather than his customer. Then this takes the biscuit the driver tried to charge me £15 from town to brislington which would be £12 max in a blue cab!!! Worst taxi ever will never use again

Avoid at all costs - genuinely quicker to walk. Repeatedly late or just don't show up but claim when called that "the driver called you and knocked on your door". None of which happens. I've missed two trains because of this company.
