DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR THINGS. I left a pair of brand new doctor martin boots in a cab, after contacting the driver he informed me he'd taken them to the office, I then called the office and they confirmed they had them and would look after them for me. A week or so later I rang to arrange me coming to collect them only to be told they'd been 'thrown away'. I highly doubt that and can only assume someone now has a new pair of £100 boots. I asked the manager to ring me back and he never did. Perhaps they can offer me some kind of consolation now?

The worst experience ever. Taxi driver couldnt even regognise the name of my street, he couldn speak english, all way he was shouting on me. Please can the company expaine why the hire people like that? I was just scared and couldn believe that it happened.

Very poor customer service. The driver was unhelpful. It was windy and rainy day,he didn't help with my baby pushchair while I was holding my baby. Very expensive as well.

Didn't turn up and when I called them, instead of apologising they gave me the number for V cars! Was late to the event. Definitely do not use this company - terrible service!!
