WORST taxi company EVER! I waited 50 minutes for a taxi in the cold which was quoted to be here in 10-15 minutes. Rang several times and the guy didn't know where the driver was!!!! In the end, had to call another company. Appalling service!

Took us to the wrong destination, wasted £7.00. Ended up having to walk nearly a mile. Waste of money.

We prebooked and the car was 15 minutes late arriving, making us late for our reservation.

Professional service. Arrived on time, clean taxi and a charming driver - the price was even cheaper than the quote! Would use again.

Booked last minute from Old Market to Bristol Airport after another companies taxi failed to turn up. Staff were very helpful to my wife and I. Fare was £17 - more than reasonable! Highly recommended. Taxi had WiFi too! Will be using again in the future.
