Booked taxi previous night to arrive at 5.10am.
Phoned in morning at 4.50am to confirm booking.
Taxi did not arrive until 5.23am.
By this time I had booked an Uber which arrived within 3 mins and beat the taxi!
I would have missed my bus if I waited for the taxi.
Taxi driver didn't even apologise when he phoned to say he was outside, SHOCKING!
Just book Uber!

really dissapointed with this firm!! taxi picked us up should have bee a 10 minute drive...husband put google map on..saw that we were going opposite way to where we wanted to be!! asked driver where he was going? he said to avoid traffic !! only thing he was driving threw the city centre!!!! so trying to add miles and money onto the fare!!!!!and he seemed so nice!!!! shame on you....!!!!!

Great service, cab arrived early despite it being 5am and the driver was polite and friendly despite it being the end of his shift.

Picked up my elderly mum and dad Christmas Night. The driver was brilliant, was well on time, waited patiently whilst we got everything into the taxi. Helped mum and dad into their house at the other end and took the boxes of presents into the house for them too. Then rang me to say that they had arrived safely and were back into their house. You couldn't ask for a better service.Thanks you.

Taxi arrived on time but when we reached out destination the price was considerably higher than stated on the phone. When I rang the company to dispute the person on the phone was very unprofessional and aggressive.
Would not recommend unless you want poor customer service and deceitful prices.
