Excellent Service from a team of friendly , helpful professionals. First Class scan of an old watercolour / drawing map , using their 'magnetic wall' with large format camera / scanner. Beautiful framing of the original drawing with life size copies printed. Have already returned for poster framing. Highly Recommended!

Took in two photos on a USB to be blown up and custom-framed. Friendly, helpful and efficient service, and at a reasonable price. Took about 10 days in all. And they're open on Saturdays!

Unfortunately, I have to give only one star. I've ordered twice. The first time I made the order through niche's website. I gave them a call asking if I need to do something else. They told me to send the file via Wetransfer. OK, I did that and after there was no action I gave them a call on the next day asking if everything is all right. They checked and said it's OK and promised me to have the order in the next 3 days. After a week with no response, I gave them another call and they told me that my print is ready and waiting for me with excuses for not informing me. The second order I sent directly via Wetransfer, mentioning I want the same print. Again there was no action, so I gave them a call. They promised me that the order will be ready by Saturday (in 4 days) and promised to give me a call this time. On Tuesday, after a week without a call, I called them. They said the order is ready and I could collect. After 10 min someone called me back telling me that the prints are different size and if I wanted them this way. I said no and they said that they'll print new ones and the order will be ready to collect in 30min. After an hour and a half, I went to collect and the print was ready, but not cut. I had to wait for the cutting asking them not to make me wait for a very long time. After the cut, they put the prints together in one envelope without anything between the two prints. After I opened them at home, I realized that the cutting is awful and not straight. So, very very bad experience.
