We can count ourselves very lucky to have a veterinary practice down here in Hotwells that knows us and our pets so well. Wendy is a calm, friendly and helpful voice on the end of the phone, always a pleasure to see when check up time comes round. The practice has looked after our cats for many years and the staff have been especially sensitive and helpful when they reach old age. Thanks guys

Really impressed with Hotwells vets. They've been great with my very elderly cat, and Wendy on reception is lovely.

Can't recommend this Practice enough. Friendly and Loving. My Basset loves Wendy the Receptionist is is obviously an animal lover and relaxes my Basset each time we visit. A big Paws up from Us

We've had 3 cats looked after by this practice and are now on our fourth. All of them (so far, fingers crossed) have survived more than 16 years and the oldest was 21. Really great practice and as everyone says, Wendy deserves a special mention for being so efficient, friendly and welcoming.

An incredibly personal, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive practice. We have 4 dogs all of whom are known and looked after really well by Hotwells. Wendy in reception provides a warm welcome and a great and efficient service. The vets provide a caring, considered expertise which we and the dogs really appreciate. An excellent all round service for which we are very grateful.
