I have nothing but praise and gratitiude for the staff and especially vet Sophie for saving my cats life. It was an emergency I was seen very quickly and I am really thankful that I didn't need an appointment!!
I was kept informed of progress, treatment, costs In a very professional and caring way.
I was very happy with the price I paid for all the treatment, after care and especially the love my cat received I expected it to cost much more.
Myself and Jewels will be eternally grateful as you have given us many more years together X My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Vet Sophie X

What a nice friendly place and all the staff are brilliant. They have always been good with our kitten Sammy and makes not only us feel comfortable but our kitten loves the staff who are so brilliant with him.

Good news: the vets are good and the prices very reasonable.
Bad news: I like the concept of a walk in clinic, but in reality it doesn't work here... The wait times are just ridiculously long. The shortest I've ever waited is 1 hour and I waited close to 2 hours on one particular visit.
Unfortunately I'll be changing vets, I just don't have that kind of time to sit around waiting...

I cannot fault the vets themselves and the reception staff are generally good. My only complaint is the amount of waiting time, often I have waited an hour to see someone and when you have a dog that gets anxious at vets, an hour is a long time. I would prefer to book an appointment, or of course it might be wise to employ extra vets and expand. Otherwise a great service at a good price.

Really nice vets. Very caring with good advice given. Very nice manner with my dog. Extremely good value. Only very minus point would be occasional long waiting times at busy periods, but at other times there is a very short wait. The texts that I receive re: worming & tick treatment are really helpful too. Thanks chaps good work all round.
