Food generally good here, and able to sit in the garden to eat as weather very warm. Staff are good and helpful. Bit slow to clear the outside tables was my only negative point.

One of the best pubs in Bury, very clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of choices for traditional pub food and a good selection of beer. Very kid/family friendly with a great garden in the back for nice weather. There is even a play area though it isn't the best for 2 and unders. Also the only diaper change area is in the women's toilet.
