I dropped a van off here after picking it up in Oxford. A minor dent was pointed out at the time of dropping off, but I was told it wouldn’t be charged for as it had been missed at the time of pick up, so I signed a form to that effect. Next thing I know nearly £1,000 taken from my account by Oxford branch without warning. If I’d caused the damage I would be happy to pay for it, but to be mislead into signing a form is unforgiveable. Read your T’s & C’s carefully, take photos of every inch of the vehicle when you pick it up, and, whatever you do, don’t trust what you’re told by the customer service agents.

Beautiful cars. Helpful staff. Great selection. One problem is that car had two warning lights come on in two days. They fixed them immediately. I like to deal with local staff better than home office folks.
