The room was alright, the bed was comfy
But there was no knob on the bathroom tap, shower head was loose and there was a used shower cap hanging at the back of the bathroom door
Staffs were not rude but they were not nice either, could have been more cheerful
Later I went for a dinner in the restaurant with my colleagues, ordered a 1 starter which took 40 minutes to arrive for main we ordered a chicken burger and lasagna.
Chicken burger had no sauce in it, there was random sachets of sauce so I had to apply the Mayo myself and as for the lasagna, it was just bowl of cheese only served in a soup bowl
The reception area and dinning area looks very date and has that motel feel.
I wouldn't book this place again and also wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is good, clean and staff are friendly. Showers aren't great when you have long hair (takes ages as they're weak). I had to ask for a hairdryer - one should have been in my room but it was provided quickly and with a smile so no issue. Excellent breakfast and cater to dietary requirements brilliantly! I'd stay here again but please add more lighting to rooms. It's like being in permanent dusk!

The staff were really friendly. Room was clean but bathroom looked a bit aged. The bed was comfortable and pillows were firm. Price was a bit on the expensive site for the quality of room.

Stayed in this hotel after travelling down from Scotland. We were welcomed by smiley, happy staff and a freshly decorated room. Absolutely gorgeous and basic. Very comfortable room, the bed was very appreciated after a 4am start and the late checkout was ideal for a lie in!!
The only thing I missed was a hairdryer, all in all a lovely place and room. Thank you very much 😊

First impressions were not great. The hotel sign on the front of the building was broken with the lights in the H and O not working.
Upon walking in the decor although dated looked ok. As I walked to my room the smell of the building was old and dirty with stains on the carpets as walking there.
In my room the bed was clean but when I went into the bathroom I was disgusted. The toilet had not been flushed with leftovers in there!! There was three long hairs hanging from the shower tube.
In the morning I went for breakfast in the hotel mainly for convenience. I was there at 7.45am. There was quite a good choice but no eggs, when I asked the single staff member whether more eggs could be provided she said no they were all gone and I was late in. I jokingly replied 7.45am is late? She came over 5 minutes later and explained eggs would be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I returned to the food- still no eggs. She came over 10 minutes later with two eggs. I said no thank you I was now finished. She was very apologetic. I think she was working completely alone hence why she m struggled to do anything in a timely manner.
Anyway, avoid this hotel. Really unpleasant experience!!
