The complete lack of hot water. We stayed in the annex using all 4 rooms. Their was only enough hot water for one bath between us. At one point the water stopped flowing in our room as another room ran a bath. Don't even think about having a shower! !

Enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable bed, the room was well laid out, food was above average and the beers were good, if a bit limited. The only issue I had was the noise. The staff made so much noise early in the mornings and late at night. I found it hard to sleep because of this. They were walking up and down the stairs, putting the wheelie bins out at 6am, and laughing and joking around until the early hours of morning. I don't know if it was only in my room but it was so loud sometimes it sounded like a herd of buffalo had moved in. Didn't happen every night but I was there for a week and it happened 2-3 times.
