I suffer with acne and having tried a number of skin care regimes and medical interventions, without success, I looked to aesthetic treatments and my journey with Abbeyfields began!
At my first appointment I met Jo, who instantly make me feel at ease, we discussed my history and she thoroughly examined my skin suggesting a series of chemical peels. In addition, she recommended some products from the Epionce range to compliment the in clinic treatments.
I’ve been seeing Jo monthly for almost a year and the improvement to my skin has been way beyond what I could ever have expected! Jo has been so supportive throughout, nothing is too much trouble and she gets in touch between appointments to check my progress.
More recently, I have tried Dermaplaning – I was slightly daunted as Jo approached my face with a scalpel…but what a result! My skin is smoother, brighter, less tight and my acne scars reduced. I will definitely be adding this treatment to my monthly peel. An added bonus being my wonderful Epionce products go so much further.
I absolutely love Abbeyfields, Jo and the Epionce range, my skin feels healthy for the first time ever. Thank you Jo for giving me some confidence back – I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I first visited Jo Woledge at Abbeyfields, having seen an article about the business in EADT. I am SO glad I took that first step! Jo is utterly professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and inspires confidence, not just in her obvious abilities, but she really does care about YOU as an individual. I originally visited Jo for electrolysis, and now visit regularly incorporating other treatments such as skin peels, microdermabrasion, eyebrow tints.....I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Jo has been an absolute inspiration to me, and has given me so much encouragement and support to make changes in other areas too! She is a mine of information! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Great place if you are in pain and would like a non medicated solution. Ruth was my provider and she was the best. This place is very flexible with appointments and understood my needs.

Excellent care with multidisciplinary approach and well equipped treatment rooms. I go regularly for a sports massage to keep injuries at bay and they were fantastic in my rehabilitation following back surgery last year.

Having always been very sceptical of any form of facial treatment I have been visiting the Abbeyfields Clinic in Bury St Edmunds for the past 6 months and having Radio Frequency and Skin Peels to soften deep wrinkles on my face.
I was made to feel very relaxed by Jo Woledge who carried out the treatment and she explained exactly what she would be doing. I have seen fantastic results to date and now look forward to having the treatment once a month and can say I am now a convert.
