This was the most dissapointing evening. We arrived 5 mins before our booked tine of 7pm, to a foyer CRAMMED with people waiting. The restaurant was absolutely full with no empty tables. I asked the people in front of us if they had reservation and they were booked in for 7pm too. There were at least 3 other groups waiting to be seated before them!! I asked the staff member seating people if we were were going to be seated at any time soon as it was now 7.15pm and we had a cinema booking at 8.20, i was told to give him a minute. We were still waiting 5mins after that! We had to leave WITHOUT a meal. This was a Saturday night and 3 restaurants we tried to get into elsewhere were all fully booked. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE as we has a reservation pre booked. NOT HAPPY.

Amazing food at very good prices, the staff here are very warm and welcoming. The layout is clean and modern and not too cramped, allowing you to dine in quiet and comfort.

The food here is always good. The kids options are great, my LO loved her dinner (and quite a lot of ours). Service is fast and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Enjoyed our meal here, high standard, well serviced - though the meatballs seemed to be made of sausage meat, not mince, not a good substitute in my opinion.
Toilets seemed a bit grubby though, mould along the floor. May be due to an old building.
