Waited 20 minutes for chips. Toilets absolutely disgusting. Asked for large chips what I got was more probably a medium portion in my book. Seeing as they offer small medium or large you’d think large for £3 would be a decent size. Chips not cooked properly. Looked cooked but that’s because of dirty oil. I didn’t see the fryers but you could smell it in there and taste it in the chips. Filth. Less then one stars really.

Popped in today 17/10, for my break. Smashing breakfast, clean toilets and showers. No potholes in the lorry park. Great truck stop.

It would be nice to order something without getting tutted at or have the staff huff like I'm doing them a disservice. Go if you want food, don't expect good service.

Food good. though basic ! typically Trucker's fare. Staff are very friendly and helpful Parking is satisfactory, ground is 'lumpy" but solid enough. Site is quiet considering it's located next to but not beside the A14.
The outside night toilet was very clean when i used it . Plenty of toilet roll , paper hand towels with a bin provided for disposal of said towels ( so Trucker's no need to throw them in the toilet bowl which in turn blocks the toilet up.) Which is why toilets are said to be "disgusting" i suspect. There's 2 toilet brushes for cleaning up your mess if so required. Finally plenty of hot water. The only little minus . Is the lock on the door, I found it ineffective, but that could be just me.
