Just went in to subway in bury st Edmund after being at hospital with my son to order some food and the man behind the counter was so rude to me because I didn't want bacon on my sub he name was Tim can save I will not be going back there agen in fact he lucky my son was with me or I would of told him where to put the sub

I had no coins for paying the parking meter so I went into subway to break a 10-pound bill, but the clerk forced me to buy something from her. How can they do this?!

Never had a problem here, the staff are all friendly, except that its just as good as any other subway!
