Superb cattery, always clean, cats well cared for and nothing too much trouble for owner, 5 stars every time.
I have read the harsh and very unfair review from the woman who complained that she was charged in full when she cancelled at last minute, this is a completely fair policy and is fully explained in the terms and conditions on the booking documents. All holiday companies charge in full for last minute cancellations so why should this cattery be out of pocket?
This cattery cannot be faulted in it's care of your cats, it is, indeed, purrfect!

In the past very clean and our cat very well looked after, no complaints on that front. This year our cat is ill and we had to cancel his booking just a week before and despite explaining our position they demanded full payment. Very unfair and the emails are quite stern. Even most hotels are OK with 24 hour or at the most 48 hour cancelations, said it was in the terms, it is, but still seems wrong. Would not consider reducing the full amount as they will not have to feed or do any work for our cat.
