Great food at a good price if you go on a Monday - Thursday any other day is a bit pricy for what you get. Like why call a place thank God it's Friday if it's more expensive on Friday.

First time eating here. Heard it is hit or miss, but it was definitely a hit. Being American and having American cuisine in a foreign country they were spot on. Everything from drinks and food (JD RIBS), I would come back.

Better food than your average eatery which is reflected in the price. Superb service.
Arrived with three hungry children but without a reservation on a hot Saturday evening. Shown to a table within 10 minutes.
Took a while to sort our food as we had to choose from the allergen menu but it was worth the wait.
All meals were hot and tasted great. The dairy free burger bun was hard and inedible otherwise everything else was fine.
Drinks and food prices were slightly higher than other eateries but very tasty.
Service was a slower than in other TGIFridays I've visited but then I've never been at a peak time before. The drinks waiter, food waiter and manager were all superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they all made a point of talking to the young people as if they were grown ups. Impressive stuff.

Visited this place because my daughter goes to Uni in Cheltenham & i was passing so called in to meet her for lunch. Food was good although menu a bit limited for non meat eaters!! Staff polite, friendly & helpful. Their house Slaw has apples in which is a problem for me so i asked to switch to the Asian slaw. Not only was this not a problem but the chef came out to check that i had no serious allergies as it was possible other food in the kitchen may have had traces of apple. Good experience. Well done TGIF!!!

Truly disgraceful. From the top.......waited ten minutes for a rather miserable chap to seat us, then had the pleasure of waiting 15 minutes for anyone to come over. The restaurant looked dirty with food debris and old receipts in the corners while the smell seemed to mirror that of an unwashed frying pan. The waitress was to her credit apologetic but it wasn't sincere. We then had the pleasure of waiting 10 minutes for 2 beers and 45 minutes for our food (it wasn't even busy). The chicken sandwich I had was served in an over-toasted brioche bun with a slither of tomato and onion while the bottom of the bun was soggy from overuse of sauce. The chicken wings were both tasteless and average. It took another 10 minutes to hunt someone down for the bill and another miserable looking waitress plonked it in front of us and walked off-great service! It was terrible from start to finish and if I'm honest a microwaveable chicken burger would have tasted just as good! Food was a disgrace and staff seemed miserable and uninterested.
