Raised a complaint regarding a jacket purchased for 189 . The zips were creating cuts and grazes on the hands and fingers. Asked for a replacement jacket, for them to replace zip or a gift Card. I was offered a gift card for 1/2 the value. I feel a little tucked up!! The local store was great about this, but the complaints handler has been difficult throughout. Seemed more concerned about accepting liability rather than listening, I know that it hardly concerns them, but we will not be shopping there ever again.

Bargin sale.. everything marked down cheap as chips .. just shows what Mark up they have on the items in the main stores... worth a look tho
