I must admit the clinician was lovely and knew her stuff and made me feel at ease. The issue was I paid £350, that I saved up for, for something that didn't work, then on my check up advised to go to the next injectables.... at other cost, of £180!!!! Which at the time I didn't have and when I tried to book it went up to £300!!!! Sorry but the first ones didn't work!!! I never talk about my 'issue' so it was a massive deal for me to go to the appointment and was disappointed it didn't work. I was more annoyed that they couldn't use the whole veil on my under eyes first time and then expect me to pay more when I paid for full treatment the first time but didn't receive the whole treatment. Sorry but big corporate scam!!!!

Saw top Dermatologist here regarding anti aging recommendations. I'm sure he's excellent with serious dermatological matters however he didn't appear to be particularly interested in cosmetic dermatology. Disappointed with visit as a result.

Booked a phone consultation with the Cheltenham Clinic, when they called back an extremely rude receptionist was phoning - as if it was an inconvenience to do her job! She didn't really want to answer my questions and discouraged me from even considering using their sevices.
