I am very happy with the treatment I receive at the surgery. My doctor always helps a little more than expected.

Very reluctant to give me an appointment - suggesting that maybe I could wait for three weeks for a problem that affects my work. When I finally did see a Dr. she was incredibly rude, dismissive and basically said well I can't see anything wrong so there isn't anything wrong..... - I'm sure that needed 7 years at university to justify.
I hope this is just that one Dr. at the surgery, but I am considering moving anyway.

The surgery is very welcoming. Appointments are generally available within the week unless you want to see a particular doctor at a particular time, then waits can be slightly longer. Reception staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Doctors actually listen and aren't sat poised over a prescription pad with the clock ticking. Staff such as nurses and other health care professionals have all been friendly to my children and I. Health care as it should be! Would highly recommend the surgery.
