The manager was very helpful and cooperative. He understood the need of a family with a toddler. Morning breakfast was great as well. Overall stay was good and we were looked after.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are really comfortable. Service is friendly and helpful. Only negative point is the tiny TVs

We stayed yesterday and it was another lovely break . New girl at reception who couldn't have been more helpful . Lovely room . Bulb missing from one shade but soon fixed . Parking was fine . Location great . There is an honesty bar which was really good and. breakfast was, as usual, faultless . Plenty of tea coffee and milk in the room ; which is often limited even at 5* hotels . Very efficient girl at reception this morning and all staff friendly and relaxed. Nice touches like the jewellery display . I am flabagasted at the one star review ... did he really stay at the same place ? Nowhere is perfect but this place tries hard and does extremely well . I only write reviews if somewhere impresses me and this place did ... I have booked again for October . Thank you for a lovely stay .
